Industrial Wastewater

Industrial wastewater includes production wastewater, production wastewater, and cooling water. It refers to the wastewater and waste liquid generated in the industrial production process, which contains industrial production materials, intermediate products, by-products, and pollutants generated during the production process that are lost with water.
Due to the presence of various toxic substances in industrial wastewater, environmental pollution poses a great threat to human health. Therefore, it is necessary to develop comprehensive utilization, turn harm into benefit, and take corresponding purification measures according to the composition and concentration of pollutants in the wastewater before discharge.

Introduction to Pickling Wastewater Process

The mixed comprehensive sewage first passes through a grid to intercept large particulate and fibrous impurities, preventing them from affecting the operation of subsequent treatment equipment. The grid slag intercepted by the grid is regularly removed and transported. Flowing into the regulating tank, the regulating tank plays a role in regulating water volume and balancing water quality, ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the entire sewage treatment system. Then, it is pumped into the first biochemical unit, which is the acidification hydrolysis tank, through the sewage lifting pump. At this point, large molecular organic pollutants are decomposed into small molecular substances, reducing the load on subsequent treatment units and ensuring that the final effluent meets the discharge standards; The effluent from the acidification hydrolysis tank flows automatically into the contact oxidation tank, where most of the organic matter is removed under the action of aerobic microorganisms. The effluent from the contact oxidation tank flows automatically into the coagulation sedimentation tank for sludge water separation. A coagulant is added to the inlet tank of the coagulation sedimentation tank to accelerate the precipitation of suspended solids and improve the removal rate of suspended solids. Activated sludge and solid suspended particles sink into the sludge collection hopper under their own gravity and inclined plate, and the supernatant overflows to the clean water tank for standard discharge. The sludge generated from the coagulation sedimentation tank is pumped into the sludge concentration tank for concentration treatment. The concentrated sludge in the sludge concentration tank is regularly cleaned, and the supernatant is returned to the regulating tank for further treatment.

Introduction to Printing and Dyeing Wastewater Process

The production wastewater is first treated with a grid to remove small fibers and solid particles from the wastewater, and then flows into the wastewater acidification and regulation tank to adjust the water volume and balance the water quality. It is then pumped into the UASB reactor, where under the action of anaerobic or facultative microorganisms, large molecule organic pollutants in the wastewater are decomposed into small molecule organic pollutants, insoluble organic pollutants are decomposed into soluble organic compounds, and most COD is removed. At the same time, a good biochemical environment is created for the next step of biological contact oxidation. The wastewater flows into the coagulation and sedimentation tank by gravity, and coagulants are added to accelerate the sedimentation of suspended solids and improve the removal rate of suspended solids. Activated sludge and solid suspended particles sink into the sludge collection hopper under their own gravity and inclined plate, and then flow into the contact oxidation tank for aerobic biochemistry. The remaining organic pollutants such as COD and BOD5 are decomposed and removed by aerobic microorganisms. The effluent enters the secondary sedimentation tank, where the detached biofilm and suspended solids are settled and removed through sludge discharge. The effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank flows automatically into the clean water tank, and then meets the discharge standards.
The sludge in the coagulation and sedimentation tank and the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank are pumped by the sludge pump to the sludge concentration tank for static settling and concentration, and regularly cleaned. The supernatant overflows to the regulating tank for further treatment.
How to Handle Wastewater Treatment and Disposal?

One of our planet's most critical problems is the water crisis, even if you don’t realize it. Statistics may sound hurtful and shocking to you, but more than one in five people on the planet don’t have a decent toilet, and one in 10 don’t have clean water close to home. So, knowing that about 3 billion people lack facilities to wash their hands at home is not unexpected!

In addition to complete sets of sewage treatment equipment, air flotation machines, filter presses, and supporting water tanks, fans, water pumps, aerators, and biological fillers, our company also sells waste treatment equipment such as medical waste incinerators, pet and poultry carcass incinerators, etc.
