Domestic Sewage

The organic matter present in domestic sewage is extremely unstable and prone to decay, resulting in a foul odor. Bacteria and pathogens multiply in large quantities using organic matter in domestic sewage as a nutrient, which can lead to the spread of infectious diseases. Therefore, domestic sewage must be treated before discharge.

Introduction to MBR Process for Domestic Sewage

Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) is a novel wastewater treatment system that combines membrane separation technology with biological treatment technology. Replacing traditional biological treatment technology with membrane modules in the terminal secondary sedimentation tank, maintaining a high concentration of activated sludge in the bioreactor, increasing the organic load of biological treatment, thereby reducing the footprint of sewage treatment facilities, and reducing the amount of remaining sludge by maintaining a low sludge load. Mainly using membrane separation equipment to intercept activated sludge and large molecular organic matter in water. The concentration of activated sludge (MLSS) in the membrane bioreactor system can be increased to 8000-10000 mg/L, or even higher; The sludge age (SRT) can be extended to over 30 days.
Membrane bioreactor, due to its effective interception effect, can retain microorganisms with longer generation cycles, achieving deep purification of sewage. At the same time, nitrifying bacteria can fully reproduce in the system, and its nitrification effect is significant, providing possibilities for deep phosphorus and nitrogen removal.

Introduction to Contact Oxidation Process for Domestic Sewage

The biological contact oxidation method is a biofilm process between activated sludge method and biological filter. Its characteristic is to set fillers in the tank, aerate the sewage at the bottom of the tank to oxygenate it, and keep the sewage in a flowing state to ensure sufficient contact between the sewage and the fillers in the sewage, avoiding the defect of uneven contact between sewage and fillers in the biological contact oxidation tank.
Bio remediation is a biological treatment process consisting of fillers immersed in wastewater and an artificial aeration system. Under aerobic conditions, sewage repeatedly contacts the biofilm on the surface of the packing material to purify the sewage. In this method, the oxygen demand of microorganisms is supplied by air blowing aeration, mainly composed of an aeration blower and a dedicated aerator. After the biofilm grows to a certain thickness, the microorganisms on the packing wall will undergo anaerobic metabolism due to lack of oxygen. The gas produced and the scouring effect formed by aeration will cause the biofilm to fall off and promote the growth of new biofilm. At this time, the fallen biofilm will flow out of the pool with the effluent.
How wastewater treatment works?

Have you ever heard of this phrase: “The solution to pollution is dilution.” This sentence reflects the base of pollution management and means breaking the pollutant’s resistance by adding water. The wastewater treatment process works in this way too.

In addition to complete sets of sewage treatment equipment, air flotation machines, filter presses, and supporting water tanks, fans, water pumps, aerators, and biological fillers, our company also sells waste treatment equipment such as medical waste incinerators, pet and poultry carcass incinerators, etc.
